John Abraham is considered one of Bollywood's most disciplined and fitness-conscious actors. His diet, daily routine, and exercise regimen are always a topic of discussion. Recently, celebrity fitness trainer Vinod Channa revealed some points about John's dietary discipline in an interview. The trainer said that John has been following a strict, disciplined diet for many years and does not compromise on it at all. The celebrity trainer shared this information while speaking to the Hindi Rush podcast channel.

According to Vinod Channa, John Abraham has been following a very selective and controlled diet for many years. He completely avoids sugar, processed foods, junk food, and foods that put unnecessary strain on the body. John's diet is mainly based on protein and good nutrition, and he regularly eats only what his body needs. Because of this, his body has become accustomed to a specific type of food. He wouldn't be able to digest anything different now.

Speaking in the same context, Vinod Channa said that since certain vegetables or foods have been absent from John's diet for many years, his digestive system would not be able to handle them if he suddenly ate them. Vegetables like okra or brinjal are generally nutritious and good for health, but John hasn't eaten them for many years. Therefore, it can be difficult for the body to immediately accept foods that have been completely excluded from the diet for a long time. Digesting such foods can be difficult for someone like John. Therefore, he will never be able to eat okra and brinjal again in his life.

While John Abraham's diet is considered an ideal for many ordinary people, it may not be equally suitable for everyone. John's lifestyle, nature of work, and fitness needs are different. His diet is determined accordingly. He also stated that a balanced diet must include all types of vegetables, grains, fruits, and proteins.

One thing becomes clear from this entire discussion: if the diet to which the body has been accustomed for years is suddenly changed, it can affect digestion. Therefore, it is important to make dietary changes gradually and according to the body's needs. John Abraham's diet is part of his fitness regimen, but everyone should determine their own diet according to their body's constitution and with the advice of experts.
