Many women experience morning fatigue, irritability, and lack of energy, often stemming from iron deficiency (anemia). This condition, characterized by low iron or blood levels, causes symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, pale skin, hair loss, brittle nails with white spots, and heavy menstrual bleeding. Even with a sufficient diet, iron levels can remain low. Causes include inadequate dietary iron, blood loss, pregnancy, and excessive exercise.

To combat iron deficiency, try this home remedy: Before bed, soak a spoonful of black and white sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds in a glass of water. Drink the water and chew the seeds. Alternatively, consume this mixture in the morning with lemon or guava juice.

Regular consumption can boost energy, alleviate fatigue, reduce menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding, and lessen chest pain and headaches associated with iron deficiency. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
