Chandigarh, June 25 Punjab on Thursday saw seven deaths due to coronavirus, taking the state's death toll to 120.

It also recorded 142 new Covid-19 cases, taking the its total to 4,769, said a state health bulletin.

Out of the new cases, 31 were reported in Amritsar, 25 in Jalandhar and Ludhiana had 19.

The source of infection of 15 cases was out of the state.
