New Delhi [India], February 9 :The Consul General of Israel, Kobbi Shoshani, commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision to confer the Bharat Ratna award upon former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, acknowledging his pivotal role in establishing full diplomatic relations between Israel and India.
