The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) reported on Saturday that barrages of missile launched from Iran toward northern Israel. In a statement, the IDF said early warning systems were activated in anticipation of incoming missiles.
IDF said, "An additional barrage of missiles was launched toward the State of Israel. The public is requested to continue to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command, the public is requested to stay in protected spaces until official notice."
Israeli media reported that strong explosions were heard in the Galilee region and in the Haifa area in northern Israel. The IDF repeats and emphasises not to publish and share the footage and locations of hits. The Aerial Defence Array is currently identifying and intercepting threats. 3:34 AM."

The Israeli military also closed schools nationwide, directed employees to work remotely, and advised the public to avoid gatherings after air raid sirens sounded in several areas. The army activated the alerts as a precaution against a possible Iranian missile response. Officials urged residents to follow Home Front Command instructions and remain near protected areas until further notice.
