At least ten American troops were injured after Iran's ballistic missile struck the US military base in Saudi Arabia's Prince Sultan Air Base in the early hours of Saturday, March 28. According to reports, the attack also damaged refuelling aircraft.
According to the Wall Street Journal, two of the injured US service members are in serious condition due to being hit by suicide drones and missiles fired by Iran inside the building.

Satellite imagery appeared to confirm that a US Air Force KC-135 Strat tanker has been destroyed and several others possibly damaged, as a result of an Iranian attack earlier today, utilising ballistic missiles and drones, against Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
US Central Command (CENTCOM) did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment. Prince Sultan air base is situated on the south side of the capital city Riyadh.
Tehran has been firing missiles and launching drones at Israel and the Gulf States since the start of its war with the US and Israel. However, US military officials maintain Iran’s drone and missile launch rates are down by more than 90%.
