Earlier in the day, Jaiswal said, "Secretary (East) Shri P. Kumaran met Secretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, Dr. UN Kheang. Kumaran had also called on the Minister of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia, Phoeurng Sackona.
