New Delhi [India], April 21 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday met US Vice President JD Vance, accompanied by the Second Lady Usha Vance and their children, at his Lok Kalyan Marg residence.

During the visit, the children had several playful moments with the Prime Minister. From exploring the lawns to inquisitively seeing the bird feeder, the children indulged in an immersive experience at the Prime Minister's residence.

While inside, PM Modi shared several lively moments with Ewan, Vivek, and little Mirabel.

Prime Minister Modi presented the three children with peacock feathers. Mirabel Vance was seen enjoying a heartwarming moment with her father, holding the feather.

Earlier in the day, the Vance family visited the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple in New Delhi, accompanied by the couple's three children, who were dressed in traditional Indian attire.

Vance appreciated the warm hospitality at the temple. "Thank you all so much for your hospitality and kindness in welcoming me and my family to this beautiful place. It is a great credit to India that you built a beautiful temple with precision and care. Our kids, in particular, loved it. God bless," Vance wrote.

Vance and his family also visited Central Cottage Industries Emporium at Janpath.

Upon his arrival this morning at Delhi's Palam Air Force Station, Vance was welcomed by Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and received a ceremonial reception.

During his four-day visit to India, Vance is scheduled to travel to Jaipur and Agra. He will visit Jaipur on Tuesday and Agra on Wednesday. The visit is significant for boosting the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.
