Ramayana, Mahabharata, Yoga and many other concepts are all set to be  taught in Saudi Arabia as part of the new reforms introduced by Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s new vision for  education. Apart from the introduction of Ramayana and Mahabharata in the curriculum of Saudi Arabian students, the English language has been made mandatory in the new Vision 2030.  It is said that the study will focus on globally significant Indian cultures such as yoga and Ayurveda, to expand the students’ cultural knowledge and exposure.

A twitter screenshot of the same uploaded by a social media user name Nouf Almarwaai has now gone viral. “Saudi Arabia’s new #vision2030 & curriculum will help to create a coexistent, moderate & tolerant generation. Screenshots of my son's school exam today in Social Studies included concepts & history of Hinduism, Buddhism,Ramayana, Karma, Mahabharata Dharma. I enjoyed helping him study,” the tweet, with the screenshots of the question paper, read the tweet,
