Taipei [Taiwan], February 15 (ANI/CNA): DPP spokesperson Wu Zheng announced that in the third wave of party affairs managers, Li Wen, chairman of the Lianjiang County Party Committee, took over as director of the International Affairs Department and spokesperson.
