A UK resident was shocked after finding a huge snake in her bathroom. In a Facebook post on Monday, Merseyside Police revealed that officers were left flabbergasted when they     were called to a flat on the Wirral to reports of a snake in the bathroom. On reaching the property, the cops found one of the largest snakes in the world in the bathtub. The snake was an 8-foot boa constrictor.

The police said in their statement that neither the neighbours nor the owner of the house knew where the snake had come from. The snake was finally captured by Constable Eastwood. Eastwood who has a knowledge snakes gave the snake a drink of the water before coaxing it to unravel itself so he could put it into a large, safe container. The constable then made arrangements to have the snake temporarily housed at a local pet rescue facility. The Merseyside Police spokeperson has been temporarily rehomed at a local pet rescue facility and is doing well.
