Alaya F, a talented actress and a fitness enthusiast, has never failed to leave her fans in awe of her commitment to staying healthy. The actress often takes to her social media handle to share glimpses of her workout regime, mindful meals, meditation, intense workouts, and everything in between. Recently, Alaya shared a video that showcased her 75-day journey of staying disciplined with workouts, diet, meditation, and journaling and revealed how it has changed her life.

“In the last 75 days, I have read 6 books, had no cheat meals, no alcohol, no sugar, no gluten, no meat, drank 3.8L of water every day, worked out a minimum of twice a day, journaled, meditated and much more - every single day, without fail. No breaks, no shortcuts and no excuses ✨️ I started my 75 Hard on the 17th of December and progressively made it harder and harder until I completed it on the 1st of March! 10/10 recommend it, it's changed my whole life ❤️” her note read.

As soon as Alaya F shared the video, her fans were quick to heap praise on her dedication level, and staying true to her goals.
