Many people constantly complain of bloating after eating anything. Bloating is a common problem that many people always have. When the stomach is bloated, a person cannot sit still. Because it makes them feel uncomfortable. Eating too much, eating fried foods can cause bloating. Bloating is a normal problem if it happens sometimes. But if the stomach is always bloated after eating something, then this can be a matter of concern.

Dr. Josh X, founder of the Health Institute, has posted a video on Instagram. In which he said that if the stomach is always bloated after eating something heavy or fried, then it is not good to ignore it. This may be a sign of your digestive system or hormonal imbalance. To overcome this problem, you need to do 3 things.

Proper breakfast

Breakfast is very important. Do not eat starchy carbs for breakfast. Include protein in it, which will keep the intestines healthy. Have 20 grams of collagen-based protein and 20 grams of plant protein in your breakfast. This will help balance blood sugar, improve digestion, and reduce bloating.

Plan what to eat

If you constantly experience bloating after eating anything and want to get rid of this problem, first decide what you want to eat. You can include soups and cooked vegetables in your meals.

Herbal tea

Drink chamomile, fennel, cardamom, and ginger tea. These teas naturally calm the digestive system. If you drink 3 cups of any of these teas a day, you will not have the problem of bloating.
