Breakfast is very important. Do not eat starchy carbs for breakfast. Include protein in it, which will keep the intestines healthy. Have 20 grams of collagen-based protein and 20 grams of plant protein in your breakfast. This will help balance blood sugar, improve digestion, and reduce bloating.
