Eating outside food has now become common, when people go out for work mostly, they eat outside, because of which problems like indigestion, acidity, bloating occurs. Another problem is gas, the formation of gas in stomach makes you feel uncomfortable. Stomach aches and bloating too. The problem of burning sensation in the chest and stomach also increases. In such a situation, we are going to tell you some home remedies to get rid of the problem of burning in the stomach and gas, which will give you immediate relief. To alleviate stomach burning, chew jaggery thoroughly after each meal. This enhances digestion and eliminates the burning sensation.

Tomatoes and oranges: Tomatoes are beneficial for relieving stomach inflammation. Include raw tomatoes in your diet. This will immediately relieve acidity and stomach inflammation. Tomatoes increase the amount of salt in the body. Oranges do exactly the same thing.

Ginger juice: Ginger juice also relieves stomach irritation and burning sensation. Mix lemon juice, honey and ginger juice in water and consume it. This will calm the stomach. Ginger also has antibacterial properties, so it also kills harmful bacteria in the stomach.

Fennel water: Mix one teaspoon of fennel in 1 cup of boiled water and keep it overnight. In the morning, strain this mixture and add one teaspoon of honey to it and consume it. Take this mixture three times a day. This will relieve stomach irritation, acidity problems. It will also relieve stomach bloating and gas problems.

Ova: Roast Ova in a pan and make its powder. Mix a little black salt in it. Consume this with warm water after meals. This will relieve stomach irritation and acidity. Ova contains thymol and black salt. This removes acidity.
