Masterchef Aus judge Stephe Alexander is on India tour

Masterchef judge Stephe Alexander who is recognized as a food icon in Australia, is currently enjoying a quick trip to India, to help promote Melbourne as a wonderful food destination.

Masterchef judge Stephe Alexander who is recognized as a food icon in Australia, is currently enjoying a quick trip to India, to help promote Melbourne as a wonderful food destination.

In a conversation with , Stephe told that she knows many spices in India, but has only tasted just idli sambar in the past which she very much liked. She even said that India is very famous for street food. She will soon learn something from India.

Stephe graduated from the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Arts, has travelled to Mumbai and Delhi this month along with a delegation from the University of Melbourne, who participate in the programs orgzed by the University's Faculty of Arts.

Australia's cooking icon further mentioned that she ran her own restaurant in Australia under the name of Chinese Restaurant for nearly 21 years.

Although she added that she has earned more money as a writer than a chef, and it is very important for her to teach children about food and drink, educate them about how food is made.

Stephe who is a writer and has made her mark as a food educator and food elevation personality even teaches young children how to cook in Australia, and started cooking at the age of 9, learned a variety of recipes from her parents and grandfathers, Later, when her interest in cooking increased, she got her education in the same.
