PM Kisan Yojana: Call on these numbers if you still haven't received the promised money by government

The ongoing coronavirus crisis has added to the misery of the famers and keeping in mind the increasing issues of the farmers at large the centre has opened its treasury for farmers during this great crisis. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced an economic package of 20 lakh crore rupees. However, farmers have been helped earlier under various schemes of the government. Recently, the Finance Minister has also transferred Rs. 2,000 into the farmers' account under PM Kisan Yojana, so that they can continue their work in this crisis.

The Finance Minister in a tweet said that under PM-Kisan scheme, 9.13 crore farmers have been given Rs 18,253 crore. However, if farmers haven’t received the money or amount has not reached their bank accounts then here is what they need to do. Though maximum PM-Kisan beneficiaries have received the money but those who haven’t received Rs.2000 can talk to the Lekhpal (accountant) or District Agriculture Officer or directly contact agriculture department. If you don’t get any help from there then call at Union Agriculture Ministry’s helpline number given below...
