We do various skin care treatments to take care of our skin. There is constant dust flying around. We also eat oily and fried foods. They also affect the skin. If the skin is not taken care of properly, there is a possibility of allergies. Therefore, it is necessary to wash the face from time to time and take measures to nourish the face. It is important to keep the face clean. One of the various skin problems is blackheads.

Almost everyone has this problem. Small black spots appear on the nose and cheeks due to dirt getting stuck in the pores of the skin and excessive oiliness of the skin.  They look very glaring on the nose and cheeks. We remove blackheads as soon as we see them. However, we ignore whiteheads. Because they do not appear quickly.

These heads on the face not only look dirty, but they also cause skin damage. Information about this is available on sites like Healthline and Health.com. Along with blackheads, it is also important to remove whiteheads. These are some home remedies, try them.

1. SteamingSoil, dust and oil get stuck in the pores of the skin. Similarly, dead skin also gets stuck in these pores. These stuck elements become sticky. Due to them, the skin also becomes itchy. The face becomes oily. By steaming, the stuck elements are separated from the pores on the face and can be removed with a simple cloth. The skin also becomes clean.

2. Face packTake a spoonful of turmeric. Add honey to it. Also add a little rose water. Mix the mixture well. Apply it on the face. Wash your face with clean water after 20 minutes. Apply this pack on the face daily. After a month, the formation of whiteheads will stop.

3. Cover your faceWhen it is time to walk in the sun, cover your face. Use a scarf, handkerchief or mask. When you cover your face, dirt does not settle on your face. You do not suffer from pollution either.

4. Take care of yourself regularlyWash your face regularly. If your face is getting sticky, then your skin is oily and whiteheads form more quickly on oily skin. Therefore, wash your face with a good soap or face wash every few hours.
