Hair Care Tips For Summer: Summer seasons bring lot of problems related to skin and hair. Intense heat damages our healthy skin and hair leading to problems like hair loss, hair breakage and hair dryness. Instead of using chemicals, you can also use some home remedies.
If you need to go out during summer days, you should apply sunscreen lotion or use an umbrella. Intense sunlight and pollution damage your hair. Therefore, it is advisable to tie your hair up while you are expose to sun and pollution. Here are few tips to keep your long hair and skin healthy this summer.
Hair care
1) Since henna acts as a conditioner, henna should be applied every 15 days to maintain the beauty of your hair. Apart from this, you should use egg and curd at least once a week.
2) Take gram flour, lemon juice and curd in equal quantities and massage your hair and wash your head. Finally, wash your hair with lemon water. Then wash it with normal water.
3) Mix 1-1 teaspoon of amla, shikekai, ritha, fenugreek, neem, and basil leaves in 1 bowl of henna and mix it in curd, add the juice of half a lemon to it and apply it to your hair and leave it for 1 hour, this will strengthen your hair and make it shiny.
4) Mix lemon juice in a little hot water and wash your hair with that water. Dry hair will get a different shine and will become soft.

Skin care
1) To keep your face fresh and radiant in summer, make a paste of two teaspoons of gram flour, turmeric, rose water and honey and apply it on your face, hands, feet and neck and wash it off after 10 minutes. It will make your skin beautiful and fresh.
2) To reduce puffiness and dark circles, place cold milk strips on your eyes while sleeping at night. You can also use cucumber for some time.
3) To keep your lips beautiful and soft, apply milk paste on your lips while sleeping at night, wash your lips with cold water in the morning.
4) Make a paste of turmeric in milk, apply this paste on your face and hands and feet. Wash your hands, feet and face with water after 10 minutes.
5) Steam your face once in 8-10 days. Add mint leaves, basil leaves, lemon juice and salt to this water. After steaming, keep your hands in the same warm water for 5 minutes, it will also soften your hands.
