Tea and coffee are popular beverages consumed worldwide throughout the day. While milk tea is widely enjoyed, coffee consumption is also increasing. Milk-based options like milk coffee and tea are prevalent, but black coffee offers notable health benefits.

In today's fast-paced world, black coffee can help combat common issues like weakness, fatigue, anxiety, stress, and lethargy due to caffeine's stimulating effect on the nervous system. However, consulting a doctor before adding coffee to your daily routine is recommended.

Beneficial for Weight Loss: Individuals struggling with obesity or weight gain issues should consume coffee regularly. The caffeine present in coffee helps accelerate the reduction of body fat. It also aids in the proper digestion of food.

Beneficial for Diabetics: According to a study, black coffee possesses certain properties that help lower the risk of diabetes. For those who consume black coffee, it stimulates insulin production within the body, thereby helping to keep blood sugar levels under control.

When Should You Drink Black Coffee?

You can consume black coffee in the morning, afternoon, or evening. However, do not exceed 1 to 2 cups. Consuming black coffee in excessive quantities can be detrimental to your health; therefore, it is essential to know the appropriate time to drink it.

Ideally, black coffee should be consumed in the morning. However, avoid drinking it immediately after waking up. It is best to wait at least 90 minutes after rising before having your coffee. Additionally, if you engage in physical exercise or a workout routine, you may consume black coffee prior to your session. According to research, an individual should not consume more than three cups of black coffee per day, as excessive caffeine intake can be detrimental to the body.

This coffee contains approximately one thousand chemical compounds. Among these are certain compounds—such as caffeine, polyphenols, and tannins that interfere with the body's absorption of nutrients. Consequently, consuming coffee in excessive quantities can cause harm to the body.
