On Sunday, the leaders of the NCP's rival faction, led by Ajit Pawar, unexpectedly visited Sharad Pawar at the Yashwantrao Chavan Centre. All the leaders arrived at the centre without prior notice. Jayant Patil, the state president of the Sharad Pawar faction, stated that the rebel leaders had apologized for the incident. Ajit Pawar's group leader, Praful Patel, mentioned, "We have come to seek Sharad Pawar's blessings."
On Sunday, nine rebel NCP ministers met Sharad Pawar at the Y B Chavan Centre. Sharad Pawar, Supriya Sule, and Jayant Patil were present on the occasion. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Chhagan Bhujbal, Praful Patel, Dilip Walse Patil, and Sunil Tatkare were also present in the meeting.
