Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has reacted to Kangana's controversial remark where she said "I am more scared of Mumbai police now than movie mafia goons" and sought protection from "either from HP government or directly from the Centre".

She also said,"Mumbai is like PoK". Her tweet angered Mumbaikars and they came together on Twitter to slam Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut after she compared the city with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has reacted to her controversial comments and said, "Mumbai Police is compared to Scotland Yard. Some people are trying to target Mumbai Police. An IPS officer has gone to court against this...After, Kangana Ranaut's comparison of Mumbai Police...she has no right to live in Maharashtra or Mumbai."

Deshmukh also said that action could be taken against the Bollywood actress for defaming the Mumbai police and the city's image.

Kangana hit back at Deshmukh's comment by saying, "He is taking his own calls on my democratic rights, from POK to Taliban in one day Slightly smiling face."

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has thrown an open challenge at Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut asking her not to come back to Mumbai.

Kangana took to her verified Twitter account on Friday and stated that she would be arriving in Mumbai on the 9th of September and dared anyone to stop her.

"I see many people are threatening me to not come back to Mumbai so I have now decided to travel to Mumbai this coming week on 9th September, I will post the time when I land at the Mumbai airport, kisi ke baap mein himmat hai toh rok le (stop me if you can)," tweeted the actress.
