The National Investigative Agency (NIA) has seized Inspector of the Mumbai Police Crime Branch, Sunil Mane's car. The NIA raided Andheri, Kandivali and Borivali areas and seized Mane's red color car. Sunil Mane has been arrested for his involvement in the Antilla bomb scare case and Mansukh Hiren murder case. While several luxury cars of suspended police inspector Sachin Vaze have been seized, now Mane's car has also been seized.

The NIA also raided Kandivali Crime Branch Room 11, the old office of suspended police inspector Sunil Mane. The NIA seized Sunil Mane's red car from Sainagar area in Borivali. The number plates of the two vehicles have been found to be identical. Sunil Mane was working as a police inspector in Kandivali Crime Branch Room 11 in Mumbai. He has been transferred to the Armed Police Force following the Vaze case.

Mansukh Hiren, a businessman from Thane, did not get a call from Vinayak Shinde on the day of his murder, but it was Sunil Mane who had called him. The NIA also told the court that Sunil Mane was present at the scene of Mansukh Hiren's murder. Sunil Mane was interrogated last month in the anti-terrorism squad's blackout unit before Mansukh Hiren was investigated by the NIA.

The investigation into Mansukh Hiren's death was then handed over to the NIA.Now Sunil Mane has been arrested by the NIA.

The other man accused in the case is Sachin Vaze, former Assistant Police Inspector in the Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) who was transferred to the Citizen Facilitation Centre at Mumbai Police Headquarters after his name came up in Mansukh Hiren's death case.

On April 15, Vaze was produced before a special NIA court that sent him to judicial custody till April 23 in connection with his role and involvement in placing an explosives-laden vehicle near Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Amb's house Antilia in Mumbai on February 25 and Mansukh Hiren death case.

Hiren, the owner of the vehicle that was found containing explosives materials outside Antilia, was found dead on March 5 in Thane.
