A shocking incident occurred in Jogeshwari, Waluj area, of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, on Wednesday, where a gang that had teased a girl launched a deadly attack on her family. A video of the incident has gone viral, showing the gang brutally assaulting the girl, her parents, and her sister. A case has been registered at the MIDC Waluj Police Station in this regard.The victim, a minor girl, lives in a rented house in Jogeshwari with her parents, brother, and sister. Her parents work in private jobs.
On Tuesday (4th), when the minor girl, a 9th-grade student, was returning home from school, the accused Nilesh Dubile, Rishikesh Dubile, and Pratik Rajput allegedly made obscene gestures and followed her, she told her family after coming home. When her mother came out of the house, all three fled. On Wednesday (5th) at around 5:30 PM, while the minor girl was sweeping the porch of her house, Nilesh Dubile, Rishikesh Dubile, and Pratik Rajput saw her, called out to her, and did something that would embarrass her.
When the girl's family questioned them, the gang abused them and attacked the girl's mother with wooden sticks and whatever they could get their hands on, kicking her in the chest and hitting her on the head, injuring her. When they were also beating the father, Pravin Digambar Kajale, Krishna Kajale, and Satish Kajale came to intervene, and they were also assaulted and abused. There is suspicion that there were more boys with the gang, as a crowd gathered during the assault. Based on the complaint filed by a 39-year-old woman, a case has been registered against the accused Nilesh Dubile, Rishikesh Dubile, and Pratik Rajput at the Waluj MIDC Police Station.
