After the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, actress Kangana Ranaut said she feared Mumbai Police more than the "movie mafia".
To which Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut slammed the actress and said requested her not to come in Mumbai. She is criticizing the city police force despite making a living in Mumbai. This is nothing but insult to Mumbai police, said Raut.
BJP leader Ram Kadam did not condemn Kangana's remark over Mumbai, rather he slammed the Shiv Sena. "MVA has resorted to selfish pressure tactics on Mumbai Police denying justice to SSR. Their aim is to safeguard the Bollywood-Drug mafia nexus," claimed Kadam.
Now senior Congress leader Sachin Sawant has demanded that a Narco test should be conducted on BJP leader Ram Kadam. Sawant said that they want a Narco test to be conducted on Ram Kadam.
"We also demand a Narco test of Ram Kadam who seems to be having immense knowledge of Drugs and suppliers since Vivek Moitra days. We would also know BJP connection to drugs & who Sandeep Ssingh was speaking to in BJP Maharashtra office when he called there 53 times," said Sawant. Vivek Moitra was secretary to a BJP leader, and Moitra reportedly died of a drug overdose in Delhi.
Further Sawant said, "KanganaTeam is in fact Kangana + #BJP IT Cell! BJP is working behind curtains. This ungrateful lady along with BJP MLA have insulted 13 crores Maharashtrians,106 martyrs who laid their lives for Mumbai, Rani Lakshmibai & those all who love #AmchiMumbai at the behest of #BJP"
Sawant said,"Maharashtra is a land of King Shivaji. There have been concerted efforts to humiliate Maharashtra by BJP. No BJP leader condemned Kangana yet. We demand unconditional apology from Devendra Fadnavis & BJP Maharashtra for their tacit support to Kangana & Ram Kadam."
However, responding to Sawant, Kadam asked whom will a person called while making a movie on Prime Minister if not the BJP's office. He also showed his willingness to undergo the Narco test immediately.
