The allegation of rape against Maharashtra social justice minister Dhananjay Munde has caused a stir in state politics. Opposition groups have demanded the removal of the minister from the cabinet. On Thursday, Advocate Ramesh Tripathi, lawyer of the woman has made a serious allegation and given a warning to the NCP leader.

Tripathi said,"It's been four days since my client lodged complaint against Munde in . However, no action has been taken yet by Oshiwara police station. So we are upset. False allegations have been levelled against Renu alleging blackmail and extortion of crores of rupees.

She lives in PG, her rent is around 10-15 thousand rupees. They do not have money to eat, they have even sold jeweleries for survival. Also, there are video clips that we have as proof, if they come out then people won't be able to open their mouths, Tripathi also warned Munde. Similarly, Ramesh Tripathi, counsel for the complainant, has alleged that the police officer investigating the allegations is close to Dhananjay Munde.
