A fire broke out after a blast at a factory reported in Thane's Dombivli on Thursday, May 23. According to the initial reports, the blast occurred in a factory in Phase 2 of the MIDC area.

After this explosion, large plumes of smoke spread across the area. Four fire brigade vehicles have reached the spot. There is a Hyundai showroom near the company, and the fire has spread to that company as well. Fire brigade vehicles have arrived at the scene. Fortunately, there has been no loss of life in this fire, but six to seven workers have been injured.

Seeing the intensity of the fire, fire brigade vehicles were called from Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, and Thane. Due to the rising temperatures, it has become difficult to bring the fire under control. After the explosion, several objects were thrown into the air. When the information about the fire was received, the residents of the area rushed to help. The injured were immediately admitted to the hospital.

Blast Reported in MIDC Phase 2

The fire that started in the chemical company is spreading to other areas. Due to this explosion, the glass panes of the buildings near the company have been shattered.
