Actress Kangana Ranaut on Wednesday made shocking statements claiming that she received threat calls from people while her Bandra office was being demolished.

In an interview with Times Now, Kangana said that,"When they broke my house, I felt that I was being raped. The government should be like a father figure to its citizens. When rakshaks turn bhakshaks, what can the citizens do? Whatever happened to my house, it was done by the government and not by an individual."

Ranaut also reacted to Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut's abusive remark. She said, "I am one of the highest-paid actresses. I pay so much tax, I provide employment to many people. Main haramkhor nhi hu. I'm in the highest tax slab. I give around 40% of my own money in tax."

Further Kangana said, "Me and my friends and neighbours got threat calls. I was badly tortured, abused and threatened. They said they will entangle me in a drug case."

She demanded that Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut should apologise to her for his derogatory comment.

The tension between Kangana and the state government began after she made derogatory remarks about Mumbai, comparing the city with POK and calling the city's police force a "sham".
