Two days ago, MNS chief Raj Thackeray criticized Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar over the floods in Pune. In response, Nationalist Ajit Pawar MLA Amol Mitkari countered the criticism by calling Raj Thackeray a "betel nut." The next day, MNS supporters became aggressive and smashed MLA Mitkari's car. Subsequently, MNS office bearer Jay Malokar, involved in the incident, died of a heart attack. Relatives of Jay Malokar have demanded an investigation into his death.

Speaking to news channel TV Nine, his relative Dr. Kishore Malokar said, "Jay was agitated at the time, which put pressure on him. A man named Amol Kale put a lot of pressure on him. The incident should be investigated, and action should be taken against him." Dr. Malokar also mentioned that they are planning to file a complaint with the police.

Dr. Kishore Malokar also demanded that the police review the CCTV footage and take appropriate action. He stated that there was a scuffle with Malokar, and action should be taken against all those involved. MNS chief Raj Thackeray had criticized Ajit Pawar, saying, "Even when Ajit Pawar is not in Pune, the dams here are full." In response, Amol Mitkari of the NCP Ajit Pawar Group retaliated by referring to Thackeray as a "betel nut." Following this criticism, MNS supporters became aggressive.

In Akola, MNS workers attacked Amol Mitkari, the spokesperson of the NCP Ajit Pawar group. They vandalized his car after he referred to MNS chief Raj Thackeray as a betel nut. During the incident, there was an argument between NCP and MNS workers. However, a major conflict was averted as the police intervened and stopped all the activists. Despite this, tensions between MNS and Ajit Pawar's group are likely to escalate following the incident.
