Latur, Maharashtra (March 3, 2025): A Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus overturned while trying to avoid a motorcycle near Nandgaon Pati on the on Latur-Nanded Highway on Monday afternoon. The accident occurred around 1:43 p.m. and left 37 passengers injured, including four in critical condition.

The injured were taken to Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical College and General Hospital in Latur for treatment. Local residents rushed to the scene and assisted in transporting the injured to the hospital.

The bus, operated by the Ahmedpur depot, was heading toward Latur when the driver lost control while trying to avoid a two-wheeler near Nandgaon Pati in Chakur taluka. Authorities responded quickly, and the injured were immediately shifted for medical care.

Following the accident, a large crowd of relatives gathered at the hospital.
