Maharashtra's gram panchayat elections, vote counting is currently underway. Voting for the 12,711 gram panchayats in 34 districts across the state took place on Friday.In Solapur, Union Minister for Social Justice and President of the Republican Party of India Ramdas Athavale's panel victorious on all seven seats in Bagehalli Gram Panchayat.

Athavale had fielded his panel in Bagehalli Gram Panchayat in Akkalkot taluka. Ripai contested this election under the leadership of Vijaykumar Gaikwad. Gaikwad had planned this election accurately.

Gaikwad panel has got 7 out of 7 seats in Bagehalli Gram Panchayat. 

A total of 657 Gram Panchayat elections were declared in Solapur district. Out of which 67 Gram Panchayats went unopposed while the election process of 7 Gram Panchayats got postponed. As a result, polling was held for the remaining 587 gram panchayats. All eyes were on the results of the remaining Gram Panchayats in Solapur.
