Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange appears to be at odds with the government once again, as he has announced plans to intensify the ongoing agitation for Maratha reservation. He has also alleged that a conspiracy is being orchestrated at the government level to weaken the movement, claiming that two ministers within the government are preparing to launch a counter-agitation.

Speaking at Dharashiv, Jarange stated, "Two ministers in the government are planning to protest in an attempt to weaken the Maratha reservation movement. They will go on a hunger strike for 13-14 days to create an illusion that the issue is being addressed, ultimately misleading society." He further claimed that a minister within the government provided him with this information.

It remains to be seen whether the two ministers from the state cabinet will indeed proceed with a hunger strike as alleged by Jarange. Addressing a gathering at Ajegaon in Hingoli district on Tuesday, Jarange highlighted the difficulties faced by people in both urban and rural areas. "People are struggling with numerous issues, but they have no one to address their concerns. To tackle this, a servant will be appointed in every village across the state," he announced.
