Maharashtra is likely to experience light rain at isolated places along with cloudy conditions over the next five days, from Tuesday, March 18, to Saturday, March 22. According to weather reports, lightning, winds, and thunderstorms are more likely than rainfall.

In Central Maharashtra, 10 districts from Khandesh to Kolhapur and Solapur are expected to witness cloudy weather and isolated showers between March 18 and March 20. In Marathwada, eight districts may be affected between March 18 and March 21. Vidarbha is likely to experience similar conditions on March 21 and March 22 across 11 districts.

The impact is expected to be stronger on March 21, especially in districts like Jalgaon, southern parts of Ahmednagar, Satara, Sangli, and Solapur.

Daytime temperatures across Maharashtra, except for Konkan, are expected to drop by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius during this period.
