A young man was brutally beaten by a group of six to seven people on Ambajogai Road on Tuesday evening. The attackers tore his clothes and left him severely injured. Police have arrested four suspects, while the victim is undergoing treatment at a private hospital. A video of the attack has gone viral on social media.

According to police, the incident took place at a bar on Ambajogai Road in Latur city. The victim and the attackers were at the bar when an argument broke out. The dispute escalated, leading to a violent attack in the middle of the street. The young man collapsed after being severely assaulted.

Attack Continued Despite Bystanders
Despite a large crowd gathering, the attackers continued beating the victim. Several people recorded videos of the incident. When police from Shivajinagar station arrived, the attackers had already fled.
The injured man was immediately taken to a private hospital for medical care. In response to the seriousness of the case, District Superintendent of Police Somay Munde ordered special teams to take action. Local police arrested four suspects.
Victim and Attackers Were from the Same Group
After the video of the attack went viral, police launched an investigation. Preliminary findings revealed that the victim and the attackers belonged to the same group. The altercation started as a minor argument at the bar before turning violent.
A case has been registered at Shivajinagar police station. Police said efforts are underway to arrest the remaining attackers.
