The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has launched a scheme in order to provide affordable homes to the low- and mid-income segment buyers in Pune.

Applicants who want to avail the houses will have to submit documents on MHADA's website after which allotment of houses will be done through a lottery system. 

This time, 5,579 flats and 68 plots are up for grabs.

As the MHADA Pune lottery 2020 registration began at 2:30 pm on 10th December 2020, names of successful applicants in the draw will be announced on 22nd January 2021.

Notably, one has to create a User Name in order to register for the MHADA Pune lottery.
