Uttar Bharatiya Vikas Sena's Sunil Shukla filed a petition in supreme court against MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) chief Raj Thackeray, demanding the cancellation of MNS recognition as a party After the Marathi Language row. This issued was even raised in parliament by Lok Janshakti Party MP Rajesh Verma, He alleged that Purvanchal Hindi speakers who work based on proper qualifications are being bullied by MNS workers in Maharashtra. Now MNS leader Sandeep Deshpande has reacted to controversy and has expressed his anger.

Will Bhaiya decide now whether our party should remain or not?

Some brother has gone to court to say that the recognition of MNS should be cancelled. If Bhaiya is going to try to close the party of the Marathi people, then we will have to consider whether Bhaiya should stay in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Sandeep Deshpande has posted on X.  He also said this while talking to the media, that Bhaiya will now decide whether our party should remain or not? You should note the conspiracy behind that petition. This is a conspiracy to end all regional parties. This is a conspiracy of the BJP. These people are the BJP's own puppets. BJP is trying to put down our party. But we are not afraid, if someone tries to end us, we will also have to consider whether to keep those people here or not.

Sunil Shukla Statement

We are proud that 90 percent of the workers in RSS, Bajrang Dal are North Indians. Their fathers, uncles, elder brothers, grandfathers are on duty and work as security guards there. You are beating them in their ears. What kind of politics is this that these people should help you tomorrow. We oppose you; we will bring an order against you from the Supreme Court. Sunil Shukla has warned that as a Sanatani Hindu party, we will unite everyone and stand against you. After this, Sandeep Deshpande has expressed his anger.
