Maharashtra Dy CM Ajit Pawar on Tueday reacted to whether Parambir Singh will continue as Mumbai Police Commissioner. Pawar reacting to the question said, "CM said in Assembly that in any case if someone is doing anything wrong, government will take immediate decision if there's evidence. But no action against anyone until there's evidence. Government doesn't want to protect anyone." He further added,"Until and unless there is some evidence against anyone, everyone will continue carrying out their duties as usual."
The National Investigative Agency (NIA) officials recovered a white Innova car from Mumbai Police Commissionerate office. It is said that white Innova was suspected to be used, in addition to the Scorpio, to plant the bombs outside Mukesh Ambani’s residence.
According to media reports, NIA found that the white Innova suspected to be used along with explosive-laden Scorpio car, had “Police” written over it. According to Abp Majha’s report, it is said that ‘the vehicle belonged to the CIU, the Crime Intelligence Unit. Which was used by Sachin Waze and the team.’
After Sachin Vaze’s arrest, and finding of the white Innova car at the Mumbai Police Commissioner’s office, several questions are being raised at Mumbai Police chief Param Bir Singh.
