A massive fire broke out at the Bombay Talkies Compound in Malad West, Mumbai on Wednesday. Firefighters responded swiftly, with five tenders arriving at the scene to extinguish the blaze.

As of this report, no casualties or injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

In another incident, the fire at the dumping ground in Sector-32, Noida has been raging for over 48 hours. Despite more than 15 fire tenders battling the blaze with water cannons, it remains uncontained. The thick smoke has choked the surrounding areas, causing a significant spike in pollution levels. More than 50 firefighters are relentlessly working to extinguish the flames. To control the situation, the Noida Authority has deployed a JCB machine to excavate the soil and contain the fire from spreading underground. Additionally, water tankers have been sent to the site to bolster firefighting efforts.
