Mumbai Police found 48 live cartridges of 0.2 mm in the Goregaon Aarey area on Tuesday. The live cartridges were found near a high-rise building in Goregaon. The police was alerted after a man spotted them on Monday night.
Police has seized all the live cartridges. Aarey Police Station has registered a case and started the investigation.
A case has been filed against an unidentified person under the Arms Act and police are scanning CCTV footage from the area, an official said.
