Nashik: Farmer loses cash of Rs 2 lakh after house catches fire

A fire broke out at a farmer's house in Satana village of Nashik district. The incident occured when Gajmal Tulsiram Suryavanshi along with his family members was working in the fields. The other farmers who were also working in the field tried to extinguish the fire. 

Suryvanshi's household items, grains and cash got burnt in the blaze. The farmer suffered a loss of around Rs 2.75 lakh rupees. He had kept Rs 2 lakh cash in the house which caught fire. 

The incident took place in Balgan taluka on Wednesday at 2 in the afternoon. The exact cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
