A major fire broke out at a chemical factory in Taloja area of Mumbai in Maharashtra. Fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the blaze. Thick black smoke could be seen billowing out of the factory located in Taloja. Meanwhile, more details are awaited on the incident. 

Earlier on Friday, a major fire broke out at an oil depot in Mandala on Mankhurd-Ghatkopar Link Road in Mumbai. As many as 19 fire tenders rushed to the spot to control the blaze. No casualty was reported.
