A pedestrian died on the spot after a car crashed into an auto-rickshaw, a four-wheeler and several people on the road leading to Panvel railway station in Raigad district on Friday, January 30. The incident caused panic in the area, and police have begun an investigation.

According to initial information, the Eco driver was travelling towards Panvel railway station when he lost control of the vehicle. The car first hit an auto-rickshaw, then a WagonR car, before striking a pedestrian who was walking along the road. The victim died on the spot.

The impact was severe and caused significant damage to the vehicles involved. Locals alerted the police and emergency services immediately.
