Raj Thackeray meets Governor, discusses inflated power bills

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray met state Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari today at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai. MNS chief was accompanied by MNS leaders including Nitin Sardesai and his son, Amit Raj Thackeray. 

After the meeting while speaking to reporters Raj said,"My delegation had met Adani & BEST officials, so I met the Governor today regarding the increased electricity bill. Companies are ready to reduce the electricity bill. Governor will soon convey to CM & take a decision"

He further said,"There are lot of issues in Maharashtra, there is no shortage of questions, one has to get the answers from government. I will meet Sharad Pawar. If required, I will meet the Chief Minister as well when the right time comes."

"People have lost job and they are getting huge power bills. There are several issues which are pending and there is no decision yet. CM Thackeray says work is going on but no decision is being taken whether it is starting of local trains or any other issue," he added.
