Ameya Khopkar of MNS has reacted to Kangana's remark over Mumbai police. He said, No one should get judgemental and take 'Panga' with the Mumbai Police. Today if our sisters can go home from work in the middle of the night without any hesitation, it is because of Mumbai Police. I am safe in Mumbai today only because of the Mumbai Police. No matter how stressful the work is, no matter how irregular the salary is, no matter how low the manpower is, no matter how much rain or heat..Mumbai Police is always there standing and safeguarding it's citizens. Also, anyone who is afraid of my Mumbai police should go to their respective states, said Khopkar.

MNS's Ameya Khopkar warned the actress and said, I will or any true Mumbaikar will not tolerate anything said against Mumbai Police.

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut in one of her tweet said she feared Mumbai Police more than the "movie mafia".

After the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, actress Kangana Ranaut said she feared Mumbai Police more than the "movie mafia".

To which Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut slammed the actress and requested her not to come in Mumbai. She is criticizing the city police force despite making a living in Mumbai. This is nothing but insult to Mumbai police, said Raut.

Kangana hit back at the Sena leader and said, "Sanjay Raut Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai, after Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?"
