The Scorpio car containing explosives found outside the house of industrialist Mukesh Ambani's house, the suspicious death of its owner Mansukh Hiren and the subsequent arrest of police officer Sachin Vaze, against the backdrop of these developments, BJP leaders have demanded resignation of Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
Meanwhile, MLA Ravi Rana has demanded immediate protection for Sachin Vaze, who will also be killed. He has demanded to keep Vaze away from Mumbai police.
"Sachin Vaze can also be killed like Hiren, his life is in danger. Matoshri (residence of CM Thackeray) is in trouble because of Sachin Vaze. Also, explosive revelations in Maharashtra is likley to come forward in the near future due to the Sachin Vaze case. Just removing the Commissioner of Police will not end the case," said Rana.
Devendra Fadnavis had also demanded protection for Mansukh Hiren. However, he was murdered. Similarly, Ravi Rana said that Sachin Vaze life is also in danger. He said this while interacting with a news channel.
Sachin Vaze was arrested by the National Investigation Agency on March 13 for his alleged role and involvement in the Antilla bomb scare case.He has been sent to NIA custody till March 25.
