During the, Bombay High Court asked whether the petitioners would take responsibility what is going to happen to the children? (if they take the exam). Who is Dhananjay Kulkarni? What is his contribution in the field of education? The court asked the petitioner's lawyer.

All the class 10 students will be appearing for the CET exam for class 11. At that time all the students will come to the same level. The CET will not discriminate, the court said. Similarly, the state government has decided to pass the students through assessment. The court said that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the court again, if required.
