Opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis, while reacting to Sachin Vaze and former police commissioner Parambir Singh's letter bomb, said the truth should come out.

Fadnavis said the content of the letter are very "critical and serious". He further said that looking at the contents of the letter, he feels that it is now necessary to think about the activities of the state government and Mumbai Police.

Fadnavis also said that things that are coming out and happening are not good for the reputation of Maharashtra and the state police.

Devendra Fadnavis said, "The Bombay High Court has directed a CBI probe and now it should expand its investigation to all this revelations coming now. I ask for a thorough investigation in the letters coming it and should should come out and if it fails to come then the reputation will never be fixed."

Vaze, Assistant Police Inspector in the Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) who was in charge of the Mansukh Hiren case, was in NIA custody till April 7, for his alleged role and involvement in placing the explosives-laden vehicle outside the residence of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani.

The suspended police officer had written a letter to the NIA court on Wednesday claimed that another Maharashtra Minister Anil Parab had also asked him to illegitimately collect money for him.
