A tragic incident reported in Satara were a migrant worker died after a cement block fell on his head from a building under construction.  This unfortunate incident occurred on the evening of the 28 March, at around 6:30 PM, in the vicinity of the Satara Bus Stand. The deceased worker has been identified as Anil Allu Maurya. 

According to information provided by the police, construction work is currently underway on a building located near the Satara Bus Stand. Anil Maurya was employed as a laborer at this construction site.

About Incident

On Saturday, the 28th, a cement block suddenly fell from the building and struck him on the head. He sustained severe injuries in the incident. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Satara; however, he passed away later that night while undergoing treatment. A female doctor from the private hospital has filed a report regarding this incident at the Shahupuri Police Station. Police Sub-Inspector Sable is currently conducting further investigations into the matter.
