NCP chief Sharad Pawar questioned BMC's move to demolish Kangana Ranaut's office in Mumbai. "There are a lot of illegal structures in Mumbai. Unnecessarily, by taking this action, an opportunity has been given and people will comment on it," Sharad Pawar said.

Pawar's comments is a part of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) which is in power in Maharashtra. Earlier today, the Shiv Sena ruled BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) carried out a demolition drive at the office of Ranaut.

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday slapped another notice outside Kangana Ranaut’s Mumbai office in Bandra’s Pali Hill. The notice says that Kangana has failed to produce proof of alterations which were carried out. This is a second notice stamped at Kangana's home by BMC.The previous notice was a demolishment notice sent by BMC.

The BMC had also asked Kangana to be present in Mumbai within 24 hours of the notice.

The 33-year-old actor has alleged that the Maharashtra government is targeting her because of her fight with the Shiv Sena.
