Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut, who is the associate editor of party’s editorial mouthpiece Saamana, talked about the ongoing battle between the two states (Bihar and Mumbai) and how the Bihar government shouldn't interfere in the case.

Raut questioned Ankita's breakup with Sushant and wrote, "Why did (Rajput’s former girlfriend) Ankita Lokhande split from Rajput and this should be part of the probe. It is wrong to see the unfortunate suicide from a political angle."

Further the Sena leader also said that he has sympathies for Sushant Singh Rajput’s father but there are “many things that will come to surface”. He said that the late Bollywood actor was not in good terms with his father KK Singh.

"The kind of politics being done in Bihar and Delhi over Sushant Singh Rajput's death, I believe a conspiracy is being hatched against the Maharashtra government. The Mumbai Police is a capable force and is trying its best to bring out the truth,"said Raut.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against 6 accused including Rhea Chakraborty and others in connection with Rajput's death.

The investigating agency has collected documents related to the actor's death from Bihar Police.

Sushant was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14.
