The accused, Moinul Abdul Malik Islam, a resident of Assam, wanted in 22 burglary cases across Maharashtra, used to hop on planes to commit burglaries in Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Mumbai, and Navi Mumbai, before vanishing back to his hometown.
